By purchasing, accessing or using our Services or otherwise engaging with us, you acknowledge and consent to our collection, use, and sharing of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, we encourage you to read this policy carefully and contact us with any questions.

Remember that your use of Glide's Services is at all times subject to our Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information. Except as described below, this Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect when you access or use our services, websites, and apps, (collectively, our “Services”), communicate with us (such as by mail, email, phone, chat, social media, or in-person), and otherwise interact with us or our representatives.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you elect to access through the Services or to individuals that we do not manage or employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third Party Services that share our respect for your privacy or that you request through your use of the Services, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Party Services. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Third Party Services you access.

How We Collect Your Personal Information

The types of personal information we collect depend on your interactions with us and the nature of the Services we provide to you. We collect personal information about you in five primary ways: data collected directly from you; data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies; data collected from affiliates and third parties; derived data collected using or combining additional personal information about you; and data collected through aggregate metrics.

Personal Information You Provide Directly to Us

We may collect personal information directly from you in a variety of ways, including when you apply, sign up, or pay for our Services, create or modify an online account, fill out a form or survey, interact with our representatives, or submit information through our Services. The personal information we collect directly from you may include:

Personal Information Automatically Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies

Specifically, the user information we collect automatically may include information like your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location) and other technical information.  We may also collect user information about how your device has interacted with our Site, including the pages accessed, keystrokes, and links clicked, using session replay technology.

Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our Site, where they come from, and what content on our Site is of interest to them. We use this information for our business purposes, including internal analytics purposes, IT purposes, such as troubleshooting and maintaining our Site. We also seek to constantly improve the quality and relevance of our Site to our visitors. Only our Product, Engineering, and Support teams have access to this information.

Glide Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, and JavaScript (collectively, “Cookies”) to enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, to analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our Services. These Cookies help us to personalize our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).

•        Performance/Analytical Cookies. Performance/Analytical Cookies allow us to understand how visitors use our Services such as by collecting information about the number of visitors to the Services, what pages visitors view on our Services and how long visitors are viewing pages on the Services. Performance/Analytical Cookies also help us measure the performance of our advertising campaigns in order to help us improve our campaigns and the Services’ content for those who engage with our advertising. For example, Google Inc. (“Google”) uses cookies in connection with its Google Analytics services. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Glide Services is subject to the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
